Production republican unitary enterprise "Etalon Plant"
«Etalon
Plant» is one of the largest enterprises manufacturing safety means: vaulted
and manual metal detectors as well as designed for equipment of commercial, industrial and agricultural enterprises
is produced at the enterprise. High reliability of the products is ensured by
the automatic testing system. The tensometric principle of measurement, the use
of microprocessing equipment for data processing and flexible software
guarantee high precision of weighing and a wide choice of user functions. The
scales have interface for work with a cash register. The manufacturer’s
warranty is provided for 18 months.
In 2011 the enterprise developed and started manufacturing two products of safety field under the brand of «VERAS»: inspection (manual) metal detector «VERAS» МД-101 and the electronic complex for detecting metal items "ЩИТ-01", which is designed along with the previously manufactured metal-detecting system “Gvozdika-004” ("Гвоздика-004") and complex "ЩИТ-01" to detect metal items prohibited to be carried of any form and designation hidden in clothes, footwear and on the body of a person with some separate small items such as coins, keys, eyeglasses frame, buttons, and it has settings for various weights of metal with saved settings and is easy to install and set up. Autonomous power supply (12 V, 30 volt-ampere) allows to use it in the field.
Complex for detecting metal items "ЩИТ-01"can be used at checkpoints in airports, banks, research laboratories, works, conferences, sport events, nuclear power plants, in buildings of courts, prosecutor’s offices, etc. Complex "ЩИТ-01" has high level of validity, productivity, it is easy to use and safe for people.
The unitary enterprise “Etalon Plant”, besides production of trade and industrial equipment, also proposes to use services provided by its subsidiary enterprise “Rempribor-Servis”, which has been involved in repair of various means for weighing for enterprises and organizations from the Republic of Belarus and from foreign states for over 15 years.
The repaired devices are obligatorily checked within the state procedure carried out by experts from the Belarusian State Institute of Metrology.
